General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 756bd platform and the user ("you" or "member"). 756bd is an online casino and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended or permanently closed, and all associated deposits and bonuses may be cancelled.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives a ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
• Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and suspicious bonus claims are subject to investigation.
• 756bd reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is proven.

Betting Rules

All bets and game sessions on 756bd are subject to the following general rules.

6.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and a confirmation message has been displayed. Incomplete bets due to technical errors will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bets will be settled only after the outcome of the event is confirmed. If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 756bd platform. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts strategically to gain bonus advantages.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or hardware.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 756bd

756bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If false or incomplete registration information has been provided.
• If a verification request goes unanswered.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact customer support. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, remaining funds may be forfeited. For voluntarily closed accounts, any valid balance will be returned subject to the applicable conditions being met.
